These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dash mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Dash (“Dash,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
1. DEFINITIONS
- “User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
- “Rider” refers to a User who requests transportation services.
- “Driver” refers to an independent third-party transportation provider using the Platform.
- “Ride” refers to a transportation service requested through the Platform.
- “Ride Club” refers to Dash’s optional subscription program offering discounted fares.
- “Fees” refers to fares, service fees, subscription charges, taxes, and any other applicable charges.
2. PLATFORM ROLE AND NATURE OF SERVICE
Dash operates a technology platform that connects Riders with independent third-party Drivers. Dash does not provide transportation services and does not employ Drivers.
By using our service, you agree to receive SMS messages for authentication purposes. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance
All transportation services are provided directly by Drivers, who are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Dash.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
Dash reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity conducted through your account
Dash is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.
5. REQUESTING AND COMPLETING RIDES
When you request a Ride:
- You authorize Dash to connect you with an available Driver
- Acceptance of the Ride is at the Driver’s discretion
- Estimated fares may vary due to distance, time, traffic, demand, or route changes
Dash does not guarantee availability of Drivers at any time or location.
6. FARES, PAYMENTS, AND FEES
6.1 Fare Calculation
Fares may include:
- Base fare
- Distance-based charges
- Time-based charges
- Service fees
- Applicable taxes
6.2 Payment Authorization
By using the Platform, you authorize Dash to:
- Charge your selected payment method
- Collect fares on behalf of Drivers
- Deduct applicable service fees
All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. RIDE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION
7.1 Overview
Ride Club is an optional subscription that provides eligible Riders with discounted fares and other services.
7.2 Subscription Benefits
Ride Club benefits may include:
- Percentage discounts on Core, Lime & Party rides
- Other discounts from partner services
Specific benefits may vary and are subject to change at Dash’s discretion.
7.3 Subscription Fees
- Ride Club subscriptions are billed in advance
- Fees are non-refundable, including for unused rides
- Prices may change with prior notice
7.4 No Ride Guarantee
Ride Club does notguarantee ride availability, acceptance by Drivers, or minimum wait times.
7.5 Modification or Termination
Dash may:
- Modify Ride Club benefits at any time
- Suspend or terminate Ride Club for misuse, fraud, or policy violations
- Discontinue Ride Club entirely with reasonable notice
8. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Dash reserves the right to charge cancellation or no-show fees if:
- A Rider cancels after a Driver has accepted
- A Rider fails to appear within a reasonable wait period
9. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Engage in unlawful, abusive, or threatening behavior
- Damage vehicles or property
- Attempt to bypass the Platform for off-app transactions
- Harass Drivers, Riders, or Dash staff
Violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
10. DRIVER CONDUCT DISCLAIMER
Drivers are independent third parties. Dash does not control:
- Driving behavior
- Vehicle condition beyond baseline requirements
- Route selection
Dash encourages Riders to report safety concerns through the Platform.
11. DISCLAIMERS
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
DASH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Dash does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Dash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Dash’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Dash in the preceding 12 months
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Dash harmless from any claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your interaction with Drivers or other Users
14. TERMINATION
Dash may suspend or terminate your access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For suspected fraud or misuse
- To comply with legal obligations
You may terminate your account at any time.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Grenada.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Grenada.
16. CHANGES TO TERMS
Dash may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using the Dash Platform, you agree to receive SMS messages for authentication purposes, including one-time passwords (OTP).
These messages are transactional and are only sent when you initiate a login or verification request.
Message frequency varies.
Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
Opting out will disable your ability to receive authentication messages required to access your account.
